Partner with senior leaders, business units, and functional teams to drive adoption of risk initiatives and foster a proactive risk culture.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
15 years of experience in enterprise risk, transformation, or strategic project leadership

Strong understanding of ERM frameworks and risk governance models
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
