  • Partner with senior leaders, business units, and functional teams to drive adoption of risk initiatives and foster a proactive risk culture.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 15 years of experience in enterprise risk, transformation, or strategic project leadership
  • Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of ERM frameworks and risk governance models
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
