Job Summary

  • The Senior Product Manufacturing Engineer will provide support to CSMC manufacturing operations and drive improvement for increasing first pass yield using MRL tools such as PFMEA, Process Map, Control Plan, Gage R&R and rigorous data analysis on Major Rotating Parts.
  • As a key member of the Integrated Product Team (IPT), and the primary manufacturing point-of-contact for a specific part family, engage Process Mfg Engineers, Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Structural Engineers to perform Root Cause analysis and implement appropriate Corrective Actions.

Key Requirements

  • B.S. in STEM field and 5 years' experience
  • Master's degree and 3 years' experience
  • U.S. Citizen required
  • Experience reading blueprints
  • Experience in Manufacturing Shop Environment
  • Proficiency in statistics and data analytics
