Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information promptly to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for notes and incident reports

Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
