The Learning & Development Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives, with the objective of building organizational capability to meet current and future business needs.
This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to design, deliver, and scale learning solutions that accelerate individual and organizational performance across manufacturing and corporate environments in North America and Latin America.
The position balances traditional learning and talent development practices with a strong focus on manufacturing capability, time-to-productivity, and scalable development systems.
