Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician's orders, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms upon resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
Participate in staff development, safety, sanitation, and equipment/supply management to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
