Job Summary

  • This role is critical in ensuring our equipment is ready for rapid deployment in emergency situations.
  • The Shop Foreman will manage shop inventory, coordinate equipment staging and repairs, and direct shop technicians to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, risk of electrical shock (high voltage), climbing/working at elevated heights, etc.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or rental equipment operations
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Proficient with forklifts and warehouse operation
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Ability to work after business hours, weekends and holidays when needed
  • Must be able to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel and must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
