Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, acting as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
  • Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Supports and coordinates customer requests for quotes and product pricing, and manages internal and external customer communication to ensure appropriate activity awareness and order fulfillment.
