Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, acting as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Supports and coordinates customer requests for quotes and product pricing, and manages internal and external customer communication to ensure appropriate activity awareness and order fulfillment.
