  • Perform duties with supervision or engineering guidance, formulating work execution plans and methods, documenting daily activities, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
  • Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and repair new or existing Johnson Controls BAS products, providing analysis to original design and manufacture engineers.
  • Provide technical product support, primarily phone support, requiring complex troubleshooting to resolve technical problems for Johnson Controls products.
