Key Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years in senior management/leadership in industrial manufacturing
10+ years in program/project management, strategy execution, or operations excellence
Proven experience in large-scale transformation or cost competitiveness programs
PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification preferred
Experience with C-level stakeholders and board-level governance a plus
