Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years commercial sales leadership experience
  • 5-10 years senior leadership managing multi-country teams
  • Proven background in remote sales or inside sales models
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience leading sales transformation initiatives

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in ACM, CRDN, PVH, or Surgical therapy areas
