Must-have
5 years experience in Personal Care production
CIP / COP platform troubleshooting expertise
80% travel within North America required
Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree
Valid driver's license with clean record
Nice-to-have
Experience in Life Sciences industry
Familiarity with internal or external auditing
Knowledge of GMP production sites
Understanding regulatory compliance frameworks
Ability to take initiative and work independently
