  • Working under the direction of the Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions of assigned construction projects including procurement of material and supplies, placing of subcontracts, processing of change orders, communication with clients, architects, and suppliers.
  • The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work both inside and outside, traverse a construction site, utilizing stairs, ladders, etc and utilize personal protective equipment.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar facility construction project management
  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore or similar
  • OSHA 30 Certification is a plus
  • LEED Certification is a plus
