Early joiners will shape Agent Suite Services standards and culture by codifying best practices and building reusable reference architectures for enterprise-scale deployment.
The position requires a playercoach approach where the Solutions Architect owns technical integrity while partnering closely with Technical Project Managers on delivery accountability.
