Job Summary

  • The Manufacturing CAE engineer will execute the FEA analysis for all global product programs & will report to Engineering Manager – Virtual Engineering Paint.
  • Perform static and dynamic FEA simulation to validate product/process against manufacturing requirements for stiffness, rigidity & dimensional integrity.
  • Build, refine, and productionize AI/ML models for simulation prediction, design optimization, and automation of repetitive CAE tasks in collaboration with IT/AI teams.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering
  • 4+ years of CAE experience
  • Sound knowledge in Finite Element Analysis and Strength of Materials
  • Good knowledge in Teamcenter and visualization software
  • Fairly good understanding of any CAD software
  • Good knowledge of Manufacturing Requirements related to Body & Paint
