Job Summary

  • As the MineStar Site Manager, you sit at the center of one of the most advanced Command for Hauling operations—shaping how autonomy performs, scales, and delivers value every single day.
  • You will lead and support on-site autonomy roles while partnering closely with the customer’s Command team to drive performance across key site metrics such as technology availability, fleet utilization, production, uptime, cost per ton, and safety.
  • This role offers a Monday – Thursday roster, domestic relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
