Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help lead the strategic vision and execution of CommBank Yello for Business, shaping a compelling reward & recognition proposition that delivers value to customers, and meets our Business Bank strategic objectives.
  • This role sits in the Cards and Loyalty Crew, which has the unique responsibility to design, build and run the Business Bank’s loyalty proposition, that enables us to take the “best of CommBank” to the market, so we can drive greater customer value, and grow our leading market share.
  • Apply Human Centered Design principles to deeply understand business customer needs and translate insights into differentiated, seamless end-to-end experiences.
