  • Partner with sanitation and quality supervisors to oversee, manage, and develop hourly team members.
  • Manage day-to-day Quality/Sanitation related processes including HACCP Review, Positive-Release, and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with plant quality policies, HACCP, USDA, and 3rd Party Certifications.
