Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5+ years practicing law
2+ years focused on privacy or cybersecurity
experience with U.S. federal and state data-protection laws
experience in insurance or financial services preferred
privacy certification such as CIPP is a plus
