Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment on the unit.
