Job Summary

• The Field Service Engineer provides scientific/technical service to installed systems and solutions at the client's premises, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in all assigned activities: installations, preventive, corrective, evolutionary maintenance, and modifications.
• Establish and maintain an excellent level of communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with the Client, informing them about reagent updates and quality controls and implementing new protocols.
• Incorporate digitalization in the after-sales service area through the use of digital tools that allow evolution towards a more efficient and proactive service model, aimed at maximizing our clients' service experience.
