The Principal Consultant will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation, solving complex intersystem problems.
Key responsibilities include becoming a Workday Advanced Compensation and Peakon product expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements, and guiding customers through design sessions and configuration decisions.
The role involves working alongside the integration team to configure and test integrations, performing multiple tasks under limited direction, and displaying hands-on expertise of the software.
