Job Summary
The Director of Development will collaborate with clinical and academic faculty and staff to engage in campaigns, major gifts, and related development initiatives.
Responsible for meeting defined metrics and goals annually, including number of proposals presented (24 at $25K+), funded (10 at $25K+), meaningful donor encounters (125), and dollars raised ($500K - $1.5M).
