Job Summary

  • Our Customer Contact Center is a critical global channel at the heart of our customer experience.
  • Under the leadership of the Director, Customer Digital Solutions, you will not only lead a high-performing team, but also play a key role in advancing our strategic initiatives—enhancing customer experience, driving operational excellence, and strengthening our market leadership.
  • This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

  • Very good knowledge of English
