Job Summary
Our Customer Contact Center is a critical global channel at the heart of our customer experience.
Under the leadership of the Director, Customer Digital Solutions, you will not only lead a high-performing team, but also play a key role in advancing our strategic initiatives—enhancing customer experience, driving operational excellence, and strengthening our market leadership.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a multi-site Call Center
3-5 years of experience managing a group of agents
2-4 years managing continuous improvement projects
