Job Summary

  • The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, providing a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty.
  • This position supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and is eligible for incentive programs, health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and employee discount.
