Job Summary
Conduct practical, community-based educational programs to empower individuals, families, and communities in 4-H & Youth Development and Agriculture with a Horticulture emphasis.
Develop and execute annual action plans based on identified issues, plan and deliver educational programs, and respond to clientele inquiries with research-based recommendations.
Support the county 4-H program, employ effective evaluation techniques to measure program impact, and ensure compliance with civil rights requirements.
