Must-have

  • BS in Engineering with 3+ years experience
  • Vehicle load path distribution and strength assessment
  • Composite and metallic component design
  • 3D CAD software proficiency
  • GD&T analysis (ASME Y14.5)
  • Full hardware lifecycle ownership

Nice-to-have

  • Hand calculations and finite element analysis
  • Creo Pro/E Wildfire 5 or greater
  • Windchill 10 knowledge
  • Nastran, ANSYS, Optistruct, Abaqus familiarity
  • Classical hand analysis methods like Bruhn or Niu
  • Experience with HyperMesh and Hypersizer

Key Requirements

  • Minimum B.S. degree in engineering
  • 3+ years experience with aircraft or launch vehicle structures
  • U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status required
