Design, implement, and maintain Avaya enterprise voice platforms, Microsoft M365 environment, Atlassian cloud environment, email gateways, email journaling, secure email platform, and online Fax service.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate configuration and management tasks, monitor and troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams.
Act as a project manager from ideation to delivery, manage a team of technical engineers, and clearly articulate business values to senior stakeholders.
