You’ll lead estimating efforts for major heavy civil infrastructure projects across Arizona, spanning scopes such as mass grading and earthwork, concrete structures, aggregate placement, asphalt paving, airport taxiways and aprons, PCCP, and other transportation infrastructure work.
You’ll partner closely with the Chief Estimator, project managers, and executive leadership to develop smart, competitive bid strategies that balance accuracy, risk, and profitability — not just the lowest number on bid day.
You lead bids, not just take direction; your experience is trusted and listened to at the leadership table.
