Must-have
Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
Aerospace or Defense hardware experience
PCBA, avionics, and systems integration knowledge
FMEA, APQP, PPAP methodology expertise
Data mining and statistical analysis skills
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS knowledge
Experience with low volume high complex manufacturing
Government contract and mil standard familiarity
Teamcenter and SolidWorks proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
