Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
Responsibilities include leading the team through strategic planning, managing the site continuous improvement plan, providing coaching through hands-on execution, promoting a lean culture by engaging the workforce, managing the Continuous Improvement Team and ensuring alignment on the corporate Manufacturing Excellence strategic initiatives.

Salary
Base: 134,000 - 147,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours paid holidays, annual paid time off
