Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring the highest degree of quality care.
  • You must ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • This role involves participating in facility surveys, developing discharge plans, and managing staffing levels to meet the daily needs of each resident.

Key Requirements
