Job Summary

• The incumbent will be part of the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre (WORC), responsible for effective implementation of Technology changes, reviewing Requirements from End-User perspective, and ensure implementation through effective Testing, Training and Documentation.
• You will lead the transformation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) into a continuous and efficient end to end quality engineering function through use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve productivity, controls, accuracy, and execution velocity.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensure adherence to the bank’s quality processes, tools and methodologies.
