The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and needs of each resident.
This role involves participation in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting with communication among employees, residents, families, and external agencies.
The position requires assisting in development of monthly activity calendars, maintaining records, and supporting quality assurance and discharge planning efforts.
