Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Design, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or facility management
  • Background in interior design with demonstrated experience
  • Advanced proficiency in occupancy planning software and IWMS/CAFM platforms
  • Strong AutoCAD skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level occupancy planning programs
  • Experience in corporate real estate portfolio management
  • Understanding of office space measurement standards (BOMA, IFMA, or RICS)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
