Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Design, or related field
Minimum 8+ years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or facility management
Background in interior design with demonstrated experience
Advanced proficiency in occupancy planning software and IWMS/CAFM platforms
Strong AutoCAD skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
Proven track record managing enterprise-level occupancy planning programs
Experience in corporate real estate portfolio management
Understanding of office space measurement standards (BOMA, IFMA, or RICS)
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
