Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering
  • 8 years of engineering design and test experience
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
  • Experience with flight electrical systems design
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553 and EIA-422 bus architectures

Nice-to-have

  • Working knowledge of Analog, Digital, and Instrumentation systems
  • Previous experience with Space Transportation System hardware
  • Proficiency with Cirrus cable harness test equipment
  • Understanding of Configuration Management practices
  • Experience with Material Review Board activities

Key Requirements

  • US Citizenship required
  • Must maintain DoD Secret security clearance
  • Master's degree with 6 years experience OR PhD with 4 years experience
