  • Serve as the critical connection between the Product Value Stream and Regional Go-To-Market Sales Teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and collaboration across the organization.
  • Define and communicate global critical customer requirements and product functional specifications that guide the LMT product development pipeline.
  • Consult with Cat, Dealer and Customer stakeholders on machine selection, operation and application.
