The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
