Job Summary
The Project/Program Management Lead Consultant is accountable for independently leading all aspects of multiple complex programs or projects with a high level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.
This role will drive cross-functional technology implementations across Claims lines of business, heavy coordination across Business Architecture, Technology, and Claims Business SMEs to ensure readiness, alignment, and adoption of initiatives.

Key Requirements
