  • Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services
  • Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Experience operating as a strategic, consultative talent advisor
  • Proficient at leveraging recruiting analytics and visualization tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment
