Job Summary

  • You will be involved in all aspects of MEP from submittal to close out to include Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection Systems, Controls and all critical MEP Systems that allow our clients to thrive in their industries.
  • Manage MEP trade material submittals in accordance with the contract documents and develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule in conjunction with project field supervision team.
  • This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience OR Undergraduate degree
  • 5-8 years construction MEP management
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • P6 experience
  • Procore experience
