This position offers the opportunity to work on all ICU units at Banner University Medical Center including Trauma Surgical, Cardiovascular, Neurological, and Medical-Surgical ICUs.
The role includes a competitive compensation package featuring an 18% night shift differential, $3/hour weekend differential, and a $3/hour float incentive.
Employees are eligible to participate in the Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program and utilize self-scheduling tools for shift coverage.
