  • Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Consumer & Market Insights for end-to-end project delivery ensuring on-time in-full launch execution.
  • Track post-launch evaluation, consumer feedback, e-commerce ratings and reviews, and business case achievement to understand and optimize launch performance.
