The Therapy Development Consultant will establish Impella & Heart Recovery as the new standard of care in Lisbon and surrounding areas through training, account management, and patient support.
This role requires close collaboration with distribution partners and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and drive therapy adoption.

Must-have
Cardiology and interventional cardiology experience
Therapy development and clinical training
Account management and customer training
Onsite patient support in ICU and cath lab
Strong project management skills
Fluent in English and Portuguese
75% travel within Portugal
Nice-to-have
Experience in medical device or biopharma
Collaboration across departments
Passion for training and education
Multilingual including Spanish

Key Requirements
University degree required
Cardiology or interventional cardiology experience
ICU experience preferred
Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
Ability to travel 75% within Portugal
Experience in medical device or regulated healthcare field is a plus
