Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the lifecycle of a portion of the ABB US Real Estate portfolio including new site searches, lease renewals, exits/relocations, capital investment strategy, facilities management practices and provision of options to Division leadership to support goals and targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible to manage a defined portion of the portfolio, building strategic relationships with local and global division leadership to understand their future real estate related supply and demand requirements.
ABB offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, retirement plans, and paid time off, with a salary range of $116,200 to $185,920 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
