Ability to process bookings accurately and efficiently

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across time zones
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

Experience in booking coordination or event support roles
Understanding of APAC region corporate office environments
Familiarity with event management platforms or booking systems
Background in corporate real estate or facilities management
