Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in recruiting, hiring, and employee benefit programs while maintaining positive relationships with residents and staff.
Organize and conduct In Service education programs to ensure nursing personnel and facility staff maintain competency and acquire new skills.
Supervise staff, oversee infection control, participate in facility surveys, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Valid RN or LVN/LPN license
Current CPR certification
Minimum 1 year direct patient care in long term care
Minimum 1 year experience in nursing education program management
2+ years experience preferably in long term care
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
