Job Summary

  • This role leads a multi-disciplinary fleet team, establishes and sustains inspection and certification programs, drives fleet utilization strategy, manages capital and compliance budgets, and ensures all fleet assets meet applicable federal, state, and Range regulatory requirements.
  • The position is responsible for the safe, compliant, operationally ready, and strategically optimized fleet of ground support equipment (GSE), vehicles, and associated assets supporting mission-critical aerospace operations.

  • Experience managing compliance in government, defense, or high-hazard environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
