This role is a key member of the Controllership team responsible for delivering quarterly and annual Solvency II Finance processes and regulatory submissions.
The position requires working closely with US GAAP, Legal Entity, Actuarial, and Risk teams to ensure data consistency and timely resolution of reporting issues.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Solvency II regulatory reporting experience
US GAAP and UK GAAP technical knowledge
Big 4 accounting background preferred
Experience with complex insurance finance systems
Ability to work within tight regulatory timelines

Strong communication skills for senior management
Experience in matrix organizational structures
Collaboration with actuarial and risk teams
Development of policy methodologies
Key Requirements
Qualified accountant with Big 4 experience
