Job Summary

  • This role partners closely with Finance leaders to enable business performance through thoughtful people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership support.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will help translate business priorities into impactful people initiatives across organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience.
  • This role reports to the Director, People Business Partner, Finance, and is a hybrid position, based out of Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
