Job Summary
This role partners closely with Finance leaders to enable business performance through thoughtful people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership support.
As a trusted advisor, you will help translate business priorities into impactful people initiatives across organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience.
This role reports to the Director, People Business Partner, Finance, and is a hybrid position, based out of Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal.

Key Requirements
