This role supports a mixed methods study examining the impact of ICU diary programs on critical-care nurses across three UPMC Central PA locations.
The position requires approximately 10-20 hours per week through Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters with most meetings conducted virtually.
Candidates must be able to recruit participants, manage data quality, and assist with literature searches while working independently to meet deadlines.
